THALION COUNCIL
- 2 or 3 sprays locally on painful joints and/or areas of muscle tension.

Massage until the product is absorbed. A slight tingling sensation may occur (a sign of deficiency, not intolerance). In this case, Ocean Magnesium can be diluted 50/50 with water.
