L-Cysteine is a sulfur-containing amino acid considered "non-essential" because it can be synthesized by the liver. However, the body requires other nutrients to synthesize it.
L-Cysteine is also a precursor of glutathione, a powerful antioxidant metabolized in the liver by the body.

Instructions for use
1 capsule per day, as a maintenance dose, with food, a little water, or as recommended by a therapist.
Treatment lasting 2 to 3 months, renewable.
